We had a national holiday on Friday – I could so easily get used to 3-days weekends.
Besides tons of activities with the family and with sports there has also been some progress on the quilts. Mostly the half square quilt though. I'm busy quilting it and loving it more and more.

I used a lot from my stash on this quilt - it's a sports in its own. The turquise border is from the Kaffe Fasset dot-to-dot I did recently . The linnen is another left-over from way back and I think the linnen-cotton combination is nice. It looks good with the quilt fabric and linnen. And the best part is it becomes really soft after a couple of washes
