I'm working on the Kaleidoscope quilt tonight.
The paper is my guide to know where to place the pieces. Without I would be completey lost.
If I had endless supply of fabric to choose from I would most likely make two of the blocks different. But I have not, so it will stay the way it is.
It will be interesting to see if it all matches up when i piece it.
Not feeling to sure about it right now :)

I did one of these Kaleidoscopes and was not happy with the center join. If you go to my blog and click on the tag kaleidoscope, you can see how I changed 12 pieces of fabric in the center to 6 pieces. I was happy with the result.

I love this and can't wait to see it finished! It looks like something I would like to try, but it looks way too complicated!
